Master Instructor Anita Tippet 7th Dan has been successfully teaching Taekwondo in the Rockingham area since 1990, Anita has enjoyed meeting and training all the students that she has seen over the years.

Anita began teaching Taekwondo at the Rockingham Soccer Club and Safety Bay High School Gym. Then in 1998 she opened her own full time Taekwondo Dojang in Port Kennedy Western Australian and has now extended the premises to 500sqm space in 2021. Anita trains under Ross Hartnett 9th Dan & Carmela Hartnett 8th Dan. Master Ross Hartnett was 2000 Olympic Head Coach when Australia won a Gold & Silver in Sydney.

Anita has competed and coached in Taekwondo at a State, National and International levels, passing on her knowledge to her students who also compete at those levels and many have achieved great success. Anita was selected to represent Australia as the Team Manager on a European Tours, Oceania Championships and World Championships for Sparring and Poomsae. Anita is currently ATWA State President and State Tournament Director.

Taekwondo is for kids and adults of all ages. Taekwondo offers physical and mental benefits to those who practise it, improving confidence, co-ordination, self esteem, fitness, improved focus, social interaction in a fun, caring and dedicated environment.
